Prices for luncheons and dinner parties are based on catering for a minimum of six covers. An extra charge may have to be made for smaller numbers.

Minimum orders for any function
Weekdays £75.00 + VAT
Saturdays £165.00 + VAT
Sundays & Bank Holidays £350 +VAT

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Delivery and collection is free within the City and the West End, NW1 and North London postal districts between 11.30am and 4.00pm. If the total invoice amount is less than £150, and/or beyond these areas, we reserve the right to add a charge to your invoice

Should it be necessary to make more than one journey for delivery or collection (e.g.for items requested to be delivered the night before your event, or for items not ready to be collected) a charge will be made.

Crockery and cutlery are provided free of charge up to 60 covers. A charge will be made for extra crockery or cutlery supplied, over the number for whom we have been asked to cater.

Glassware is also provided free of charge when you order your drinks from us, otherwise at £5.00 per dozen. (This service is conditional upon reasonable consumption of drinks supplied by us, and we reserve the right to charge for glasses if more than half the drinks supplied are returned to us unused).

Customers are responsible for any loss or damage to goods, trays, crockery, cutlery and glassware from time of delivery until collected by us. All shortages and breakages will be charged at current replacement value.

Table Linen may also be hired from us at £7.50 per cloth and £1.00 per napkin.

we will arrange any equipment you may require, be it tables, linen, jugs, ice, lemons and, of course, a bottle opener.

We have an excellent team of friendly bar and waiting-staff to ensure the smooth running of your function. Charges from Monday to Friday are based on a minimum of four hours' service at a rate of £50 per person up to 5.00pm, and £60.00 from then until 11.00pm. Special rates apply therafter, and a contribution towards staff's safe return home after this hour is always greatly appreciated. For staff rates on Sundays and Bank Holidays, please enquire when ordering.

A deposit of25% of the total cost of the food is payable at the confirmation of your order. Once this deposit is taken, this will constitute acceptance on our part of a firm placing of your booking.

On all hired equipment, payment for the full hired amount is due one week before the function.

Deposits are not refundable, and the amount outstanding is payable on the date of your party.

We are always happy to arrange ancillary services such as flowers, car hire, photographers, or other services.
